Post-access requirements
Soon after the access to the infrastructure, to enable the European Commission to evaluate the Research Infrastructure’s participation, each User Group LeaderĀ of a supported user-project is requested to follow the steps below:
- The scheduled access should, in general, occur no later than 12 months after the selection Peer-Review panel decisions;
- Provide to the concerned access Research Infrastructure, a project summary (User Report) highlighting the scientific output of the access received (preferably with one/two images). This User Report includes the names of the concerned Research Infrastructure. It may be published on the IPERION CH website and will be made available to the European Commission;
- Complete the User Group Questionnaire available on-line at https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/RIsurveyUSERS;
- For the MOLAB users, please also fill in the additional questionnaire (download the file);
- For the ARCHLAB users, please also fill in the additional questionnaire (download the file);
- Publish the results within a reasonable time in the open literature, specifying that the project leading to the publication has received funding from the European Horizon 2020 Programme : “Financial support by the Access to Research Infrastructures activity in the Horizon 2020 Programme of the EU (IPERION CH Grant Agreement n. 654028) is gratefully acknowledged”;
- An electronic copy of any such papers should be sent to co@iperionch.eu immediately after publication;
- Users should also note that the European Commission has the right to publish the list of users, that will contain their names, home institutions and description of the work;
- In the highly unfortunate event that a User cannot avail of granted access, a written and signed declaration is necessary from the User Group Leader.
